Does LeadPix work at the National Hardware Show?
Yes. It reads what's printed on the badge or business card, so it isn't tied to the organizer's barcode system. Ace dealer badges, independent retailer cards, distributor lanyards — same scan.
Do I still need the official NHS lead-retrieval gun?
Only if you specifically need the organizer's registration record. Most small booths need the name in front of them, a note from the conversation, and a follow-up that night. That's the phone, not a $500–$800 rental.
Will it work without show-floor wifi?
Snap photos with your phone camera all day (no connection), then bulk-upload the batch when you're back on wifi. Live scanning in LeadPix needs a connection; cellular is fine. There is no in-app offline queue.
