1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LeadPix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. LeadPix is operated by City Bonfires LLC.
2. Description of Service
LeadPix is an AI-powered lead capture platform that enables users to scan badges and business cards at trade shows and events, extract contact information using AI, and manage leads through an integrated dashboard.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use LeadPix.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LeadPix for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws or regulations (including data protection and anti-spam laws), to collect data from individuals without proper consent, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Intellectual Property
LeadPix and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by City Bonfires LLC. You retain ownership of any data you upload or capture through the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
LeadPix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account deletion.
