You don't need a signal to capture. Snap photos of badges with your phone's camera all day — no connection required — then bulk-upload the whole batch to LeadPix when you're back on wifi, and it processes them all at once. Scanning live at the booth needs a connection, and cellular works fine for that too.

Yes. Scanned leads push straight into HubSpot — matched to existing contacts so there are no duplicates, with email and job title filled in. Using Zoho, Salesforce, or Pipedrive? Export a CSV and bring the whole event in through their import wizards; native pushes for those are next on the roadmap.

Yes. On the Team plan, each person gets their own login and every scan lands in one shared lead list — tagged with who scanned it, so you can filter by rep back at the office.
