1. Information We Collect

LeadPix collects information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company), data you capture through the app (scanned badge and business card images, extracted contact details), and standard usage analytics (device type, pages visited, feature usage).

When you use the camera or photo library features, images are processed to extract contact information. Images may be temporarily stored for processing and are deleted after extraction unless you choose to save them.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the LeadPix service, including processing scanned badges and business cards using AI-powered OCR, syncing captured leads to your connected CRM or spreadsheet, sending transactional emails related to your account, and analyzing aggregate usage patterns to improve the product.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, row-level security policies, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth.

4. Third-Party Services

LeadPix integrates with third-party services to provide its functionality. These include Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic Claude (AI-powered text extraction), and Google Places (business enrichment). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate LeadPix (as listed above), when required by law, or at your direction (e.g., when you export leads to a connected service).

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@leadpix.app. You can also export all your captured lead data from within the app. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Camera and Photo Access

LeadPix requests camera access to scan badges and business cards at trade shows and events. Photo library access is used to upload previously captured images for scanning. Microphone access enables voice notes for leads. These permissions are optional and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

LeadPix is not intended for use by anyone under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
