Business card scanner
Stop typing business cards into a spreadsheet.
Snap the card. In under three seconds you get a clean contact — name, title, company, phone, email — plus the work email and LinkedIn the card never listed. Then open a follow-up draft before you've put your phone away.

The average lag between collecting a card and getting it into a CRM. By then the conversation is cold and half the stack is in a jacket pocket.

What happens when you snap
Snap the card
Any format, any angle, bad lighting, glossy stock. Your phone's camera in the browser — nothing to download or install.
AI reads and enriches
Every field extracted, then filled out: company phone, website, Google rating and reviews, plus work email, job title, and LinkedIn when the card doesn't list them.
Follow up on the spot
Add a voice note while you remember the conversation, tag them hot, warm, or cold, and open a personalized draft in your own inbox — you hit send.
Why exhibitors switch
No app to download
It runs in your phone's browser. Open the link, sign in, start scanning — on iPhone, Android, or a laptop with a webcam. Nothing for IT to approve.
Enrichment, not just OCR
Most scanners give you back exactly what was printed. LeadPix adds the fields the card is missing so the contact is actually usable.
Pushes into HubSpot
Scanned contacts go straight into HubSpot, matched against existing records so you don't create duplicates. Zoho, Salesforce, and Pipedrive import the CSV export.
Your leads stay yours
Export everything to CSV whenever you want, or delete it. No lead-data hostage situation, no per-lead fees, no annual contract.
$0
25 scans a month, 1 active event, every AI feature, CSV export. Forever — not a trial.
$29/mo
Unlimited scans and events, custom email templates, native HubSpot. Zoho, Salesforce, and Pipedrive use CSV export (native pushes are on the roadmap). Or $199/yr — about $17/mo. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial.
$99/mo
Everything in Pro, up to 10 team members, shared lead lists, admin dashboard. Or $699/yr — about $58/mo.
Before you sign up
How accurate is it on a bad photo?
It handles angles, glare, and low light — the AI reads the text rather than matching a template, so odd layouts and vertical cards are fine. Every scan lands in an edit screen first, so you can fix anything before it saves.
What if I have a stack of cards from last week?
Photograph them all with your phone camera — no connection needed — then bulk-upload the batch and LeadPix processes the whole pile at once. Scanning live in the app does need a connection, and cellular is fine for that.
Does it work with my CRM?
HubSpot pushes natively, matched to existing contacts with email and job title filled in. For Zoho, Salesforce, and Pipedrive, export a CSV and bring it in through their import wizards — native pushes for those are next on the roadmap.
What happens to the card photos?
They're processed for text extraction and then discarded. Your lead data is encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by row-level security, and never shared or sold.
What does the free plan actually include?
25 scans a month, one active event, every AI feature including enrichment, and CSV export. No credit card, no trial clock — it just stays free.
